Re-delivery, storage or other costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal or failure to collect may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Do not send an item back without instructions
Do not send a parcel to an address shown on the package or to any other address without written instructions from Wagoliruna Studio. If a physical return is requested, we will provide the approved U.S. return address and instructions first.
Cancellations
Contact Wagoliruna as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The final cancellation terms will explain when an order can be stopped before packing or handover to the carrier.
