Wagoliruna
Terms for the U.S. store.
These terms explain the intended basis for products, orders, shipping, returns and site use. Final seller and jurisdiction details will be published before checkout opens.
Wagoliruna Studio · Staging terms draft
These U.S.-facing draft terms describe the intended basis for using the Wagoliruna store. The live version will include the seller identity, support route, governing-law wording and final commercial terms before checkout is enabled.
Products and information
Products will be offered with the images, dimensions, materials, care information, price and availability shown on the relevant product page. Natural variation, screen differences and other visible characteristics will be described where relevant. Product pages must not be read as promises of medical, safety, environmental or other outcomes that are not expressly verified.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after the store confirms it. Prices, availability and payment methods will be shown at checkout. Payment settings are not active in this staging build.
Shipping, taxes and returns
Shipping, dispatch timing, destination-side taxes or charges, cancellations, damaged-item support and returns are governed by the current Shipping & Returns policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, copy protected content without permission or submit information that you are not authorised to provide. We may update, suspend or remove staging content while the store is being prepared.
Changes and applicable rights
Terms may be updated before or after launch as the business, services or legal requirements change. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in the customer’s location, including applicable U.S. consumer rights.
Business and support details
The final terms will identify the seller, customer support route, notice method and any applicable governing-law or dispute provisions before checkout opens.
This is a U.S.-facing staging terms draft, not legal advice. Final business details, support route, tax treatment, fulfillment model and legally required wording must be reviewed before publication.
