A two-part routine

The upper surface is designed for gentle filing of front nails while the drum dispenses kibble or small dry treats as it turns. Use it as maintenance between regular trims. It is not a replacement for professional care when nails are cracked, bleeding or severely overgrown.

Start slowly

1. Let your dog explore the stationary board with treats nearby.
2. Add a few dry treats and let your dog learn the drum movement.
3. Reward gentle front-paw touches on the sanding surface.
4. Keep sessions short—about 3–5 minutes—and supervise throughout.

Care and safety

Use dry kibble or small dry treats, and break larger treats into smaller pieces. This grooming aid should be used under supervision and between regular trims. If nails are cracked, bleeding or severely overgrown, consult a qualified groomer or veterinarian.
